Bringing up four children with husband Seal has some hair-raising moments. In an article Heidi Klum has written for The Huffington Post, the model mom dishes on how she cares for her children's locks. Referring to her youngest kids Henry, 5, Johan, 4, and Lou, 1 1/2, she writes: "Henry, Johan and Lou -- my three youngest -- have super beautiful locks. Their hair definitely requires a different kind of care than my daughter Leni's hair. I've learned to never brush their curly hair when it's dry because then it'll frizz. I use lots of conditioner and detangler, and only go to hairdressers who really KNOW how to cut and style curly hair." Top Story? "When I was 19 I was drinking," the Green Lantern star told CTV News. "I was at a bar and I had a few drinks and I thought, 'You know what I'm going to do? I'm going to leave my car here, be responsible.' I started to walk home and I was hit by a drunk driver." The accident left Reynolds in really bad shape, and he was even in a coma for a few days after. Luckily he had his family to stick by him. "Broke every bone in my left side... I woke up three days later," he remembered. "And I remember my dad sitting there... (with) a vomit tray. And I guess I had been heaving in my unconscious. And nothing says love like painting someone with three-day-old Gin Rummies. Just soaked the man head to toe in my vomit." Fortunately Reynolds is fully recovered today, and he even manages to have a sense of humor about that fateful night. The extremely fit actor joked: "Since then, I've been a rickety, broken mess." And mid-concert, her fans got a big surprise as Gomez's beau, Justin Bieber, took the stage. Video posted on Celebuzz.com shows Bieber giving his lady love a big hug before launching into an acoustic version of Justin Timberlake's classic breakup ode, "Cry Me a River." He also reportedly sang "Favorite Girl." Bieber even took to Twitter to tell Gomez that he thought she did a great job onstage. "Had a #greatnight and surprised the people. felt good to be on stage. nothing is changing that. #REAL," he wrote. "@selenagomez u did great tonight. proud of u." Bieber, who recently revealed that he was taking a bit of a summer break, also added that as nice as it was to be onstage again, he is even more enthusiastic about the new album he's working on. "More excited than ever to get back in the studio and make this #newalbum," he wrote. "Miss the tour and want to give u all new music. #BELIEVE I do this because i love music. #REAL." Earlier in the weekend, and offered a big "thank you" to her fans on Twitter. "HappyBirthdaySelena is a trending topic," she wrote. "Thank you all so much for a great birthday. The actress and her new beau jetted off to Kauai on Sunday, where they partied with Ben Stiller and his wife Christine Taylor, who were celebrating Taylor's 40th birthday. Before hitting up the party on Monday, Aniston, 42, and Theroux, 39, shopped at a local art gallery to get a gift -- and perhaps scout some decor for their new home. Aniston just sold her Beverly Hills home, and sources say the couple is currently house-hunting and have plans to move in together. But, in the meantime, these two are enjoying a sun-filled vacation, as they went sightseeing Tuesday and hit up a local fruit stand. "They seemed to have a great time," a witness told People.com. "They are acting like regular tourists. They have been touring the island in a rented Jeep ... Justin is beyond sweet and attentive to her." And when they aren't taking in the Hawaiian culture, these two are keeping their bods up to par. "They have been jogging by their villa and they are both in great shape," adds the eyewitness. Could this really be it for Jennifer Aniston? Has she really found "the one"? What do you think? Raymond writer tells Mixtape Daily. By Alvin Blanco, with reporting by Rob Markman Rico Love Photo: TTLL Behind the Beats: Rico Love If more people read the credits behind some of R&B's biggest hits, Rico Love should be a household name. Born Richard Preston Butler Jr., the former Florida A&M University student is now one of the music industry's most-sought-after singer/songwriters. After writing hits for Usher ("There Goes My Baby"), Beyoncé ("Sweet Dreams") and Diddy-Dirty Money ("Hello Good Morning"), to name a few, one of Rico's biggest hits to date is Kelly Rowland's "Motivation." "It came about in a truly organic way," Rico told Mixtape Daily of the Jim Jonsin-produced "Motivation." "We had this meeting in New York: myself and Sylvia [Rhone] and Kelly. And they just were saying, 'We need to find that single; we need that big single.' Everybody was asking for an uptempo, actually. "I flew down to Miami the next day, and that Tuesday, we got back in the studio, and Jim started playing these chords, and then coming up with these little sounds — the signature sounds that Jim comes up with. I just told him to lay it like a skeleton idea, and I jumped in the booth, and I started with the verse, and I kind of sang my way all the way through the record." Rowland, formerly of Destiny's Child, was in the studio while Rico was laying down the reference track and made her regard for the song known immediately. "Kelly was there and watched the whole process," Rico recalled. "As soon as I finished singing the demo, usually an artist wants to live with it or listen to it for a little while. She just said, 'I want to cut it right now.' So she jumped in the booth, and we cut the record." "Motivation" became the lead single for Rowland's third album, Here I Am, which was released in April. The song, which peaked at #1 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, features a verse from Lil Wayne. "Lil Wayne got out of jail a few days later, and as soon as he got out of jail, [Rowland] went to see him, and he jumped on it," Rico explained. "It was the most organized situation ever. It was nothing contrived about it." There's been nothing manufactured about Rico's accomplishments either. Starting his musical career as a rapper, he has signed former Roc-a-Fella rapper Young Chris to his Universal/Motown-distributed Division 1 label. After leaving Florida A&M to pursue music, Rico caught the attention of Usher, and penned songs for the R&B singer, including "Throwback." Other artists soon benefitted from his songwriting, including T.I., Pleasure P and Mario. Rico takes pride in being versatile with his talents, preferring not to make specific songs intended for specific artists only. "Sometimes, when you keep an artist in mind, you'll limit yourself," Rico explained. "You won't go a place that they probably would go because you're thinking, "Nah, she wouldn't say this," or "He wouldn't do this," or "He wouldn't say this," and "This melody is out of the way for them." "When I get a chance to just get into the studio and just write music and just produce music and sit at the piano and tell a guy where I want to hear the chords and create the progressions and just freely make music, it's a lot more fun." Lately, Rico has been back in the studio with Usher. In 2007, he was signed to the singer's former US Records via J Records. But his debut album was never released, and he and Usher went their separate ways. But as Rico become a songwriting force, the two eventually started working together again. The first song they recorded was the Grammy-winning "There Goes My Baby" from 2010's Raymond v. Raymond. Now, Rico is working on Usher's forthcoming album and embracing the pressure of surpassing its predecessor's platinum sales and critical success. "I feel like this is what separates the boys from the men," Rico said of working with Usher. "This week, we been creating records together. We had two mics, two headphones set up in the booth, and we just sit there and vibe out. "These first few days have been amazing. We got four records cut so far that sound super amazing. I'm super excited about it. I'm just anxious for the world to hear it." For other artists featured in Mixtape Daily, check out Mixtape Daily Headlines. By Jocelyn Vena Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian Photo: Denise Truscello/ WireImage Didn't get an invite to Kim Kardashian's wedding to basketballer Kris Humphries? No problem, E! has your back. The network and home to all things Kardashian announced that it will air "Kim's Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event" over two nights in October. The behind-the-scenes special is slated to make its debut on Sunday, October 9, with the second part airing a day later on Monday, October 10, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The wedding will take place on August 20 in California. Taking some cues from her sister Khloe, who also had an E! wedding special back in 2009 when she married Lakers star Lamar Odom, Kim will wear a dress designed by Vera Wang. No word on whether, like Khloe and Lamar, the newlyweds will get their own spin-off from the highly successful "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" franchise. Fans of the reality starlet got a glimpse of the wedding invitation late last month when it hit the Internet. The black-and-white invites were designed by Lehr & Black, who also worked with Khloe and Lamar on their invitations, People.com reports. Kim and Kris, the latest Kardashian beau to appear on "Keeping Up With," got engaged in May, and the news came as quite a surprise to her sisters. "We were totally surprised. I mean, because I had been working so much, and Kris lives in New Jersey, I've only met him not even a handful of times," Khloe explained to MTV News earlier this summer. "We were at a family dinner and she walks in, and she's like, 'I'm engaged,' but we didn't even know if it was a joke." We had the glasses and the sheets and the whole thing,' 'Glee' star Jayma Mays admits. By Jocelyn Vena "The Smurfs" Photo: Sony Pictures "The Smurfs" took "Cowboys & Aliens" for a ride at the box office over the weekend when the two blockbusters tied for the top spot. And the movie's cast recently chatted with MTV News and recalled some of their favorite memories from the vintage "Smurfs" cartoon. "We were a big 'Smurfs' household," "Glee" star Jayma Mays explained. "We had the glasses and the sheets and the whole thing. We didn't have the figurines that some people collect, but my mom loved 'The Smurfs,' so she would make me watch." Co-star Hank Azaria also has a backstory with the lovable cartoon. "I was highly familiar with Gargamel and 'The Smurfs,' being an animation fan, even though I was technically too old for 'Smurfs,' " he recalled. "When they came to America, I watched them anyway 'cause I'm immature," he joked. "I always wanted to improve on Gargamel," he continued. "I always felt he was too one- note and borderline annoying and wanted to make him funny and more amusing and a little scarier in other moments. I ended up using a voice very similar to the cartoon, but I thought he could be more three-dimensional and sarcastic and laid-back, and mostly I was curious as to why he was married to a cat." Neil Patrick Harris said he enjoyed the cartoon back in the day, and recalled his favorite moments shooting the 3-D, part CGI/part live action flick. "Hank's great. My favorite elements of Hank being in the movie was that since we didn't really have scenes together, it was my days off," he jokingly explained. "So when it was Hank-heavy scenes, [Jayma] and I were like, 'Woohoo!' "For me, I really liked filming around New York," he continued. "I'm mostly a West Coast guy, and I've always been a fan of the city and I think the film is a wonderful homage and love letter of New York. So to be able to film in New York ... you don't get that opportunity." Check out everything we've got on "The Smurfs." By Jocelyn Vena Justin Bieber Photo: Kevin Mazur/ WireImage On July 3, the Berry family suffered an incredible tragedy. Parents Joshua and Robin Berry were killed in a car crash, while brothers Peter, 9, and Aaron, 8, were paralyzed, possibly for life, and remain hospitalized. Their younger sister, Willa, 6, was also injured, but suffered only broken bones. In the weeks since the crash in Texas, celebrities have been doing their part to help raise money for the care of the three young children. Using the power of social media, everyone from Justin Bieber and Britney Spears to Lady Gaga and Usher have asked their fans to "Show Your Hearts" with donations at showyourhearts.org and via text message (texting BERRY to 85944 donates $10). Their call to arms has meant the world to Matt Berry, the kids' uncle. "My wife had this family member in the Justin Bieber camp, and when the accident happened ... they reached out to us and asked how they could help," he told MTV News on Thursday. "So, it's been pretty much organic from their reaching out. Right after the accident, he was asking for their names and praying with his mom for the kids. It's not something we expected would happen, obviously. "So, my understanding is that he wanted to do something to help, and the best way they could help was to create awareness," he continued. "They have a lot of friends and contacts. And then, of course, once their campaigns started going, it looked like a lot of people joined it because I think everyone had some sort of feeling of empathy." The family is still mending: Peter and Aaron's "lifelong conditions" have been amplified by the loss of their parents; meanwhile Willa is still trying to come to terms with the incident. Matt Berry said of all the public support they've received has "definitely helped." "Anything that goes to help the kids in their predicament [helps]. I don't know how long it will continue. I'm not someone who likes to be in the public eye, so it's a little bit awkward, but it's amazing. "It's a little bit overwhelming," he added, but he said that right now, the family is taking it "day by day" as they deal with the aftermath of such a tremendously tragic turn of events. "If it was up to us, we'd pray that they were able to stand up in a couple of weeks and walk out of the hospital, but the likelihood of that happening is low," he said, adding that the boys are readying for rehab to try to heal in any small way. "There's been a lot of people supporting us, and that's huge. The ultimate dream is if in their lifetime, there's enough momentum to figure something out and fix spinal-cord injuries. We've got two of them that need something special." Show your support at showyourhearts.org and the Berry Children's Trust Facebook page.
